2. Cancellations and Changes

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • 30 days before travel: Refund minus deposit
    • 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund minus deposit
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Our Cancellations: We may cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as low bookings or force majeure events.
  • Changes: Any modifications are subject to availability and may include additional costs.

3. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, delays, or cancellations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Travel Documents: Ensure your passport, visas, and required documents are valid before travel.
  • Health & Fitness: Confirm you are fit for your selected tour and inform us of any medical conditions.
  • Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected; disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

5. Tour Changes and Delays

  • Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or other external factors. Suitable alternatives or partial refunds may be offered where possible.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.

8. Travel Documents and Visas

  • Travelers are responsible for meeting all entry and visa requirements. We may assist but do not guarantee visa approval.
